  1. Usage: Shiftly is a Discord bot designed for staff management. You may use it only on servers you have permission to manage.

  2. Data Collection: We only collect your total shift times, LOA data, and server role information. No personal messages are collected.

  3. Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring Shiftly is used in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service.

  4. Liability: Cloud9 is not liable for any issues caused by misuse of Shiftly or errors in data display.

  5. Updates: Cloud9 may update Shiftly features, Terms, or Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  6. Termination: Cloud9 reserves the right to restrict or remove Shiftly access if used in violation of these terms.
